Great location, only a 3 minute walk from the nearest T1 tram stop (to Venice) and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the T2 line (to the Mestre train station). The room and bathroom felt rather spacious. The bed was comfortable enough (pillows can feel a bit thin for some, but it didnt disturb our sleep). The breakfast offers a generous variety of sweet food, but the salty side is a bit more limited. The staff was fantastic, being extremely helpful, friendly, available and accommodating (they were able to provide the full breakfast buffet ahead of the normal breakfast slot on the day we had to check out early - thank you again very much!). Being able to purchase all sorts of public transport tickets at the reception (as you can do in most, if not all, hotels) was super helpful (single tickets, 1/2/3...-day vaporetto tickets, etc.).

Easy walking distance (10 minutes) to the tram into Venice. Bus to/from airport a 2 minute walk. Good restaurant selection 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. My room was very clean. As a single the room was OK but would not have worked for a couple. My stay was for 4 nights and I missed having drawers to unpack my clothes. The shower was a tiny square and the shower curtain wrapped around you when showering. The staff were very kind. I did not pay for the breakfast option. If one wants to be away from the hustle of a city and do not mind having to first walk to get transportation and eating than this is fine.

Basic but nice and comfortable rooms with air condition and TV. The hotel is located in Mestre but it is very easy to reach Venice by tram which stops nearby and runs frequently. Also bus stop to the airport is in front of the hotel. There are places to eat and supermarkets in walking distance as well. Staff was polite and it is very useful that they sell public transport tickets in the reception and you can pay both in cash and with credit card. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good value place to stay when visiting Venice.

Nice little boutique hotel. It is very near the trolley that takes you right to Venice Island. You can purchase the tram card at the desk for only 3 euros (roundtrip). The staff also has a map to help you get around. There is a nice cafe right next door to the hotel and a bakery that seems to be busy. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is parking behind the building. We found a vey good wine shop just down the road. They make their own, and you just pay for the bottle.

Very convenient to travel to the hotel from the Marco Polo airport and back: the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Venice - Piazzale Roma is only 20 minutes away by tram - and all the city transport tickets are available at the reception! The hotel staff is very nice, they even lent us an electric kettle so that we could make some tea in our room. Rooms may look a bit old-fashioned, but very clean and tidy.
